I don’t know what the specific etiquette that made dog is referring to…. I assume it’s: first come has priority… but doesn’t that apply to a buyer who is willing to pay the sellers asking price?
If no buyers are willing to pay the sellers asking then doesn’t it come down to highest offer regardless of order?
