68/69 GTS tail panel trim

Are the holes in the same location for 68 and 69 trunks panels for the GTS trim?
i.e. would a '68 GTS tail panel line up with the holes on a '69 dart GTS trunk?

The answer is no. The holes on the sides of the panel are in different positions from 68 to 69, and there may be other differences in the top and bottom holes. Just two weeks ago I did a comparison with 68 and 69 deck lids and panels...

It can be, then you would have 4 extra holes to weld up, but the overall lid is the same, no idea why they changed the pattern. 67 lids have different under bracing but the panels all fit with hole modifications. I bought a 67 Dart GT because it had a nice 69 panel on it...LOL

Tx..my '68 trunk lid needs some metal work.I may have found a very nice '69
to replace it and will have a look at it in a day or two
