Nice 68-71 ralley dash tachometer , rare hard to find , also have the 1971 only orange redline face if needed for 71 h code cars, also nice reproduction tachometer wiring harness . $700.

Did the upgrade mean an electronic board? Is the 71 face original?

Not sure on that never took it apart I bought it just like you see it , I suppose if you could see the circuit board with the back off .

Do you know who/what company did the rebuild?

I bought this tach back in the mid eighties at Mopar nationals still has the same tag on it when I bought it , I did however take the back can off a looked inside and it looks brand new everything is shiny and it has the original brown circuit board not the new green ones they use today, so I can’t say whether or not it works I never tested it .
