[SOLD] 68 CONSOLE & SHIFTER

SHIFTER: Late 60’s automatic shifter, with all the mountings anc linkages. All as taken off a 68 Dart to convert over to 4-speed manual.
Shifter is almost perfect, in my opinion. Shifter button has imperfection in the shifter button, which is available thru Classic Industry Mopar. Linkages and mounts look perfect, as taken off very carefully. $375.

CONSOLE: my opinion, very nice. Even has old carpet on one side. Needs replacing, but is still there. Plastic base is solid and nice, esyfor being 50 years old. Again, I feel almost perfect. Chrome top looks as good as you can find in original condition. I think that the chrome is a Very Good, not perfect but the next down. The shifter plate is all there, as is the ash tray and slider plate. Chrome is good to very good condition. $550

This console is as pulled from the Dart as is the shifter. I don’t think that there’s anything that would be needed to put this in an A-Body as is. Just would need the carpet trim. Some pictures here, if you want any other pictures, I can do.

A little surprised that I haven't had any responses here. I am open to offers, but this is a very nice setup if one wants the stock interior look. When I bought this, and received it, I was very surprised that it looked better than that first picture of the console shows. Console box lid is very strong, feels like new actually. Whoever took this out of their Dart, must have gotten a car that was well taken care of, rather than having the console beat to death like most were when they were just, old cars.
The shifter to look almost like new, only needs the button, and it is available thru Classic Industries, I think about $35. or so. The whole knob is $85. I think.
As I said, I am open to offers and hope that this goes to someone that will use it. I've just changed directions on my Valiant. I'm keeping the bench seat.

Seems very reasonable to me. Just the top plate is like 600 bucks if I remember correctly to get new.

My console and auto shifter are still for sale. I'm willing to negotiate price, but this is a premium condition console and shifter. I will separate if there is interest.
