'68 Dart Benchseat Interchange Question

Would the lower section of a stationary benchseat (out of a '68 4-dr Dart) be the same as the lower section of a split-back benchseat? TIA.

I wouldn't think so. It wouldn't have the pivot location towards the middle of the seat for the backs, right?

I don't think it would be an exact match...the split back becnhseat has bolts on the outside to hold the latch that is attached to the moving upper part.

BTW: Any issues with interchanging the tracks (same application)?

The seat tracks for a fixed front bench seat would be the same as the tracks for the split bench.
