68 dart rear window

I purchased a rear window from a 70's dart at the junkyard. I own a 1968 dart. When i got it home it was over an inch shorter and does not fit the cutout. Can someone expain what years/model of dart will fit my 68. Thanks

you may have gotten a 4 door or 2 door sedan window.
You need one from any 2 door hardtop Dart or Scamp...no post between door and rear glass on the side. We have covered this before in some old posts, if I don't explain it well enough.

67-76 dart 2dr hardtops and 70-76 scamp all use the same back glass.
67-76 dart 4dr 74-76 valiant and 67-69 dart 2dr post use the same back glass.
