Since owning my '68 Road Runner since '93 and every variety of '68 Plymouth B-Body Midsize 5; GTX, Satellite, Belvedere and Road Runner. Those stripes are not factory. Better pics of the car (quarters, rockers, lower fenders, trunk, floorpans) might get you some bites. Your pics here make it really hard to tell the condition.
