69 barracuda tie rod question

Are the sposed to have a slight bend in them. near the inner ball joint end ?

Xs2. The sleeve is supposed to be straight. If you don't have a spare one the Moog part number is ES319S.

No it is bent the tie rod could also be bent as well

Yeah, the sleeve definitely looks "S" shaped.
