There is someone locally selling a 69 Barracuda and has listed the vin as 453wd456gfdfed4 I tried using the vin decoder and it just gives me an error. Do any of you see anything missing or can you tell me what I am looking at?

That VIN is wrong. A 69 Barracuda would be
BH2##9B######
The rest would indicate the body style, engine and sequence number.

Thanks. Here is the ad. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?sid=0&nid=443&tab=list/view&ad=2164225 It might be worth a call, but judging by the wrong vin and excellent spelling I wouldn't hold my breath. I have too many projects now anyway.
After viewing the ad, it might be that the car was brought back from a rebuilder's title and given a completely different VIN number to get current registration. I thought of this as I noticed it had a newer version hemi in it.
Either that or......the seller got the coded phone number from the last craigslist ad in personal services mixed up...
