I think the bottom radio piece is for a 1967 dart-- the 68,69 cars had thumbwheel radio using the other trim piece you have.. good luck with your sale, Lawrence

Thanks guys for the clarification. I knew that someone here would know exactly what everything was. Open for offers, both steering wheel are very nice I basically just cleaned off the crust, a major cleaning with the right product would do wonders. One wheel is black and the other is a Dark green at first glance it looks black.
