'69 dart exhaust tips on '67 dart

Anyone here install '69 Dart exhaust tips on a '67 Dart? If so, how did you route the exhaust around the gas tank strap hook, or did you modify the strap hook?

The best solution for dual exhaust and tips on a 67 is change the tank and strap configuration to 68 up. Not the answer you wanted I'm sure but... the few pieces you need are fairly easy to find in the classifieds here. Good luck

I got tips installed and it doesn't look like the exhaust guy is going to have any trouble making it work. Guess I got worried for nothing.
