Complete and still bolted in car. Good tracks, framework, springs, etc. Has rare driver side only headrest. 95% of foam is still good, just really needs to be recovered. $150. Pickup from Nashville Tn, or can be delivered within a reasonable distance for gas money...and maybe a nice steak. PM me your number if interested.

I shipped a bench seat UPS ground a few years ago .I took it apart into 3 pieces and took the tracks off.

I could take it apart and wrap it in cardboard, but I will leave it to you to have the truck show up at my door.
The shipping on this is going to be crazy expensive. For $100 bucks, I can meet you halfway...say between Louisville and Cincinatti.
