I have a sbp disc break on my car now, can I use the spindle on my car now to put lbp with the 73 upper control arm with large ball joint. What do I need to buy and what can I use from the cars front disc now

No,you will have to use the later spindles. I know Dr Diff sells ball joint adapters so you can keep your upper arms.

There are ways to use the Mustang rotor to keep the four piston calipers. Everything else requires a spindle change or other aftermarket parts.
