69 with 4.5 bolt pattern

I think my front end has been changed on my 1969 Dart, the bolt pattern on the front discs is 4.5. Does any one know if a 69 dart had this for an option, I knew they had the disc brake option but didn't think they had the 4.5. If not, what is the best way to tell what front end is this from ...thanks

It wasn't an option, the brakes are probably from a 73-76 A-Body.
