7.25 U bolts...where to get?

I am in the process of removing leaf springs to install new bushings...I put the impact to it and the nuts only came about half way down the thread and seem to have welded themselves on....so I am just going to cut the u bolts off...I cannot even turn them with a long breaker bar...and yes I did use penetrating lube before and after....anyway I found a place.. thesuspensionking.com .. and was wondering if anyone has done business there...the ones on schucks site say they are 3.125 wide...seems a little wide to me...

Thanks...but at 25 bucks a bolt that will be 100 bucks.....I dont understand why mancini is so expensive....oh well if I have to I will...lol

Go down to your local spring shop, suspension shop, whatever you want to call it....... and they have the right diameter round stock with fine threaded ends, and they can make you any length or size you want, just take an old one with you. The last set I had made, I think it was like 25.00 for 4 ubolt's and all the nut's too. Good Luck.

I believe that they are $25.00 for a set as stated on the main u bolt page. I could be wrong though....

Yep...just checked it out...25 bucks for a set of four...thanks for the input...that price sounds reasonable...:burnout:
