70-340-727 -what size stall converter

I have a 70-340 with a 727 trans and I want to know what size shall did it come with from the factory,I put a new cam 498 lift and 298 dur and alum intake and a 650 holley with a 355 gear in the rear,what stall should I run,the stock one was just a dog.thanks

Is that a Mopar purple shaft cam?
