Moparmarks has exactly what you need and he is closer ( cheaper shipping ) so I will step aside and let you guys talk business.

I might have one. I sold the one in my pic last year. I just posted it for reference. I can see if I have another one. Sinister if you have one then go for it. IIRC it should fit in the USPS PM flat rate small box or padded envelope for around 10.00.
