70 bumper versus scamp

Is the 70 swinger bumper the same as 73, 74 scamp bumper? Do the tail lights swap?

I know 71 and 72 are the same as 70 Dart.

I have a 73 scamp rear bumper on my dart , it's basically the same but the 73
Bumper has slots ( at least mine does) were the rubber bumpers mounted.
And yes the tail lights interchange as well as the mounting brakets ETC.
