1970 dodge dart 340 auto on the column #'s matching
guys, as you know, i just picked this car up within the last 2 weeks. i have a numbers matching 340 72 duster that i just got back from the paint shop. i know i have to sell one of them, and after looking at the duster all painted and ready to go, i am going to keep it.

so here goes. 70 dart 340. numbers matching engine, trans. i had it running for a moment last night, but shut it off. i just wanted to see if it ran. i would say to pull it out, and freshen it up. has holley strip dominator intake,(older style), 2:02 big valve j-heads.. 750 d.p holley carb. holley electric fuel pump. i am told it is a 450-500 hp engine, and it ran consistant 11.30's. trans i am told has a reverse manual valve body, 3500 stall converter. has 8.75 with 4:10 gears. driveshaft loop.

all correct rallys with trim rings, and centers.
all glass is good. doors are good. scoops are good. rally dash is real nice with no mods done to it. no cracks.

car does have alot of surface rust, but hardly no rot. just a few spots. trunk has surface rust but no holes. driver side shackle let loose, and punched a hole in trunk floor. 3" by 4" area.
do not have manifolds, driveshaft, front seat for it.

i have build sheet, title, fender tag. everything matches.

car is origionally a dark green ma=etallic with black interior and black vynal top

car is located 30 minutse from martinsville international speedway in va. 4,400.00

Where do you find all these nicely optioned mopars? Are they like in feilds down by you or something haha. I wish I could find some like this. I wish I had the money for that orange 71 340 duster you had, I loved that car. Good luck with the sale and keep finding these cars, they need to be restored.

i will travel as far as i have to in the boondocks to get them.lol

yea! you like that, right.lmao
nah, the car had the factory fresh air on it, but i reluctantly let the original owner keep it as a memoir

Reduced final time 3,800.00 if i do not get it, you will see this car restored and driven daily by mid march.lol come on guys, it is worth more than thast in parts alone
