'70 Dart / '73 Scamp tail light lens.....Same or Different?

They sure look the same, but does anyone know if the 1970 Dodge Dart and the 1973 Plymouth Scamp tail light assemblies are interchangeable?

FYI . While they are interchangeable. I believe darts have a concentric ring pattern to the lens. While scamps had a (waffle) sort of pattern. Only a concern if originality is an issue.
