70 dart ignition switch and wiring harness

I put new ignition switch in dart but didnt hook up key buzzer wires inside switch would that cause horn to blow when i try to start car i replace harness switched yellow start run wire with green horn wire and put a jumper on relay its hits but wont run im stumpedops:

I am not aware that any car in 1970 would blow the horn when you tried to start it....LOL! The key buzzer is only to remind you that you havy the keys in the switch when you open the door.

Can you back up a bit and define the main problem? Car won't start or what? What does 'it hits but won't run' mean? I am from East TN myself (Carter County) but can't figure out what you are saying.
