Have 3 rear bumpers from 3 Scamps that I parted. None are perfect. One is a really decent driver with a small dent below the drivers side taillight.
Other two have not as great chrome- not rusty- but good drivers.
all 3 have taillight housings and mounts.
$50 for the decent one and $30 each for the others
