71 Dart value?

Im thinking about trading for a 71 dodge dart it has a pretty strong 360 on a 125 shot and fully built 904 4500 converter and 8 3/4 rear 3:91 gears. Its been mini tubbed and has traction bars. Its rust free. Any idea how much its worth?

I would do the trade if both parties are happy with the deal.
(That pretty much goes for anything though)
