Thanks. I may note, it changed at some point or assembly plant. I know of several original late build cars that do not have the 1/4" pin stripe

Here is a picture of a buddy's unrestored late 71 Demon. A GSS Mr Norms car like mine. Both ordered in June of 71. No second stripes on my car or his.

Do you know the build date of your car? Mine was ordered by Grand Spaulding Dodge to Dodge June 1, 1971.

As often happens over the years…… Things get painted wrong.

The stripes on the green car in post #4 are totally wrong.

The red car in post #5 has the area behind the grill and lower part of the core support body color. Not saying it looks bad, but when those areas are blacked out it cleans up the front and enhances the lines of the lower valance and un clutters the grill area.
