71 Duster Rallye Dash Paint

Just picked up a rallye dash that im refinishing and wonder if anyone knows what paint is correct for this ? It looks like a suede type finish, definitely not flat

The metal dash frame is suede for some years, the 1971 paint code chart at the link below refers to it as satin.
