71 Duster non-running been just sitting
340/automatic/8.75 gears unknown
340 rebuilt back in 99 but never ran
bucket seats with auto console
ralley dash, power disk brakes,
manual steering, non-a/c, ralley rims.
Asking price is 2,500.00

needs both quarters,trunk extensions
and the panel that tail lights are in.

sounds like a good price hard too say without pics though i bet it will need some floors and check the frame rails those tend too rott out also, wut is the color

Also check the inner fenderwells, notorious for rot!

Frame rails appear to be in good condition
and the color is a faded burgandy as far as
the inner fender wells don't know about them.
If I purchase this car I'll be just using it for parts

kinda pricey for a parts car, but i'll bet you can sell most of what you don't use. parts cars rule.

that car would probably be a fairly sought after car if it was restored...If the frame rails are good and the rest of the stuff isn't too trashed, its probably too good for a parts car.

Maybe I'll just post some pictures of it after I get it and
see what people think of it. I really don't need the car itself
I just want some of the parts that are on it for 70 Dart Project.

If it's a numbers matching car, engine and trans, I wouldn't part it out.

See about getting the price down a bit and it's a money maker for you. $2500 for a bucket console 340 car isn't to bad as long as the frame rails aren't smoked.

If it's got a fender tag on it, that would help with a value assessment.

Once I get it to the house here I'll see if in fact is a
numbers matching car with all the help from everyone
at FABO. Should hopefully be getting it on Saturday.

Don't part that car out! That is a good investment for down the road.If you have the room inside the garage, stick in the corner and restore it later or sell as is later. Either way,at that price you can't lose!

Just to let you all know I made an offer on the Duster
of less than 2,500 and it was accepted. I plan to go
and get it this Saturday.

I got the Duster home today but no pics just yet
bad weather here. No fender tag to find out any info.
Any info through the vin number that I can find out?

Can you post the fender tag codes, also helps with value:)
