I decide to sell off my Duster project.
71 Duster originally a /6 3-speed on the column. Now set-up for big-block.
Originally F7 green with black bench interior.Seats are nice except for one small tear on the drivers side, had a rubber mat but i pulled it out because it was all torn.
I stripped the whole car to bare metal,i hung new qtrs. and trunk floor exts. and replaced the right front inner fenderwell. Also replace the right taillight in the tail panel because of rust. The floors and and frame are SOLID!
I replaced the right front fender with a rust free one but i still have the original to go with it. The left one needs some rust repair.
Converted to big-bolt disc brakes.
Front suspension i rebuilt with rubber bushings.
New lower ball-joints,top ones are good.
Big-block torsion bars from Summit.
3/8 stainless fuel line.
Steel brake line from the firewall back and across the rear.
KYB Gas shocks
Fiberglass bumpers from AAR
New winshield gasket installed
8 3/4 rear 3.23 sure-grip with big-bolt axles from Dr. Diff with green bearings installed.
Super-stock springs
'67 383 and a 727 trans.
Schumacher mounts
I have the K-frame set-up for big-block
Also installed frame connectors made out of 2 X 3 square tubing
I have a bunch of pics. of what i have done to it.
I'm located in central Pa.
