The car is in great shape.it does run and drive , verry solid but needs body work and paint to be ready. It has some rust on the back rear quarters, on the top corners where the trunk closes , and a 4inch hole on the drivers floor and thats the worst of the car .....the trunk is solid no rust no holes..the the hood and trunk door is rust free, fire wall is perfect need nothing motor wise , motor and tranny works perfect the motor just need to be tuned becauce it has no exhaust just straight headers, the moter has purple cams, and edabrock carb, and electric starter, new battery, the interior is really really good seats are perfect, rally rims , all the wireing is good...so all the car really need is minor body work and an exhaust .to get it going i just dont have time rite now to work on it ......im really looking to trade for a car thats more streetable and ready to go its doesnt have to be the best ,just really good...im willing to put down some cash if i need to ..or im open to any money offers.....the car is currently in miami but i would trailer it anywhere with in a 1000miles im also heading to to tennesee in late Nov im willing to take it up ........ill have better pic up in a couple i just put this so you know what it looks like......if your interested please post your trade offers or email theartoffood@live.com , text or call me at 305-721-6192 albert thanks i also have a custom honda bobber to trade on top of the car lmk video <embed width="600" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullscreen="true" allowNetworking="all" wmode="transparent" src="http://static.photobucket.com/playe...obucket.com/albums/g292/albi0609/demon055.flv">

thanks for the pictures

umm wow nice seats like them demons but the trunk lip looks scary good luck with ebay

Hey man, It may not be my place to say this but, You really shouldn't be saying ( ON EBAY) that this car is "Very Solid".

It has some of the worst rust you would ever want on a car. ( Trunk Lip, Door jams, Window lidges/lips.)

I would take a car with solid door frames, and trunk lips, and rear window edges but with rusty 1/4's befor I would buy your car. Your car has some of the hardest rust repair jobs for the new owner....Never mind the floor boards, 1/4 pannels and who knows what else.

I am just saying that it is quite a bit miss leading.

I give you the fact that you do mention the areas that need attention, but you don't go into detail, nor provide the up close pics on Ebay like you did for this site.

Not too cool...and far from "very Solid) as you say it is

Phil

I noticed the bad trunk pix was not on ebay either. IMO the ebay ad is misleading. Maybe you should put the bad pix up. I went one time to look at a rust free car 3 hrs away and when I got there I put my hand through the floor board. So someone might be driving a long way for your car. Nothing worse to have a bad situation when someone comes to get it if they are not well informed. My 2 cents worth.

That $3000 bidder is probably gonna be real unhappy when he sees the very solid car! Unless he is just desparate! :angry7:

my 2 cents is what are earlier fenders doing on a 72 the side markers are telltale or am I wrong?

I am not saying what the car should be worth, but prices are apples and oranges depending on where you live. I paid $4000 for a 72 demon that needs a trunk, lower 1/4's and inner fenders. also needed complete interior. But I am in BC canada where selection is far and few between. ever since I bought my dudster from Washington, I will never go back to rusted out canada or east coast crap. this car may be worth $3000 to the right person...but needless to say that person will be upset with the dishonesty of the ad.

As for the earlier fenders...good catch, but it could just be personal preferance for the swap.

I am not going to start to bash the guys car or price...I have had people shake there heads when they look at cars I have sold. But I was comletely honest wiith them and showed them the problems..the price's were ussually high because I didn't want to sell it...so take it or leave it, I'm just as happy with either.

I just thought his ebay add is miss-leading. I am hoping it is a shell bid, and it doesn't really sell...Unless he changes the pics on Ebay.

I just wanted to add, I don't think this is at all intentional...IF the ebay add was just a regular add, I would see nothing wrong with it. But because most of ebay's sales are sight unseen you have to be OVERLY honest about the description of the car. not at all missleading. This could be an honest mistake.
