so I parked my car for a little while and now im getting a safety done on it so I can drive it but it wont pass if the bower motor doesn't work so I have jumped the blower motor and know that that works my neck thing is to check the resistor but I cant find it anywhere can someone help me locate it please and thank you.

It's on top of the heater box. If I remember right it is under a "L" shaped connector and is held in by a couple of screws. You may want to take out the glove box for better axcess.

Have you checked the switch or possibly a ground?

Good luck.

The resistor has nothing to do with high speed, the fuse supplies the switch. Does the fuse have power?

Instrument panel wiring is page 8-150

Fuse panel is page 8-151

Look at the blower switch, find wire C1-14BK, which means wire C1, size 14, BlacK. It goes down off the page to the fuse panel (page 8-151), and comes into the heater fuse. This fuse should be "hot" if the fuse is good, and when the key is in "run" or accessory
