72 w/disc brakes

Does anyone know of a hub/rotor swap to get the 4 1/2 bolt pattern on the 72 with factory discs? It has the 4" now. Has anyone used the ECI conversion that uses GM calipers?

It would appear that the SSBC kit uses the equivalent of the 65-67 Mustang rotor. They use the same bearings on a slightly different offset. The SSBC kit comes with a spacer, but I'm not sure where it goes.
