727 fluid level without a dipstick?

Does anyone know the full level of a 727 in relationship to the pan rail surface? I know its above the pan rail but how far in inches? The car has no dipstick tube, just a 8 inch pipe thru the floor with a pipe cap. Its a race car with no provisions for a stock tube.

The add 1 pint mark is at the "O" ring groove on the factory tube so full should be about 1/4" above the top surface of the dip stick tube opening.
