727 Lower Gear Set for street/highway use

I don't blame you. That's a lot of money so you want to make sure to get it as right as possible.
Man, ain't that the truth. The cost of the cam and decent lifters is unbelievable now. I think of the cam selection as the heart of the engine and car. The car as a whole is a system of parts. It all has to line up fairly well, or you won't like it.

Should anyone on this post have any interest in a 2.74 gear set. I have a helical cut 2.74 low gear set from A&A with billet steel carrier, 4 pinion, machined for torrington bearings, with annulus gear and sun gear I would sell for a good bit less than a new set. It was also recently rebuilt by A&A and has not been installed in a transmission since rebuild.
