73 dart project

[73-340]

This is my 73 dart work in progress, daily driver . Its got a 73 340/727/ 8.25 3.21. the 340 has edelbrock heads , comp cams 470-270 torker II, 600 holley. . The complete drive train is out of a 73 340 dart sport. I'm not a big fan of the 73 front end so i parted out a 70 & a 72 dart to get the front clip i have now, with the 70 rear bumper. The interior has steering column out of the dart sport, seats out of a 75 charger. Got a 8.75 out of a b-body with 3.23 sure grip waiting in the wings. Front disc off the sport as well. As i said work in progress , but in like it.

Good choice with the '70 grille and bumper swap. I think they look way better.
I bet that 340 is great fun.

I have a 73 also, and don't care for the front end either.
I'd much rather have the pre 73 front end.
Some day, maybe.

Sorry i agree with bad440. I really wish dodge had kept that early dart/demon front end for the whole run.
