Hello everyone!
This is Henrik from Sweden´s first post on this forum.
I recently bought a -73 Duster, with a 318.
This is my first classic v8 car, so i am sure this is going to be an adventure.
This is going to be a long term project, but she's running and the engine is supposed to rebuild a couple of years ago.
my final goal is to have a nice streetcar, with a mild race look to it, and a little streetable power underneath the bonnet.
The engine specs: J-heads,
Holly 600,
Edelbrock performer intake
Accel coil and cables
Bad headers (severe road rash)
727 Torqe Flight
8 1/4 rear end

Anyone could take a guess on my HP output, because i certainly can not.
I hope and believe to hang around on this nice forum quite a lot.

welcome to the site! Without knowing what is inside the engine, there is really no way to guess horsepower.

A big welcome to the site from the USA ! That's a nice looking Duster you have and good luck with it . And like "69B-Cuda said , without knowing what's been done to the motor no one can really say what she's putting out . Did you get any other details on what's been done to it ?

Or you could say,

Nice rider,och välkommen.

The internet is amazing.

JAG tvättar min åsna och sedan hade jag en tv för lunch.

Hur gör jag för att få trädet? Jag behöver skapa ljuv kärlek till mitt kylskåp innan min lampa gården i brand.

I hope the translation program is better Than that! But it sure sounds fun "Making love to refridgirators" and "eating tv's"... Maby it's an american expression lost in translation?
