73 plymouth scamp turnsignals don't work

Hi guys i was just wondering if you could help me with a problem. My turn signals won't work but they were working before i took out the radio and drilled a hole in the gauge panel. I've checked the turn signal flasher by the radio and it does not have any power going to it when i turn the turn signal switch.
 
About that relay right under the radio, on the bottom of the dash. Check and make sure you didn't bump it, or you could just replace it.
 
check the fuses with a tesy lamp or meter. Visually inspecting doesn't work. They can break underneath a end cap where it cant be seen.
