74 scamp Gas pedal spring (help)

my pedal seems dead i looked at the pedal rod and there is no spring my duster has one so where abouts can i find this spring or how to install it . thank u !

If you are talking inside the cab, that spring just sets toe-pedal resting-angle , right? Keeps it from flopping around and looking funny, right?
