No, you need a "A" body tranny.

That is a B or E body tranny. Hell of a unit too.

one last question, ive been looking and there are different splines on these transmissions, im trying to figure out which one would go with the 318?

The spline count has nothing to do with the cubic in size of the engine in terms of working.

The 18 spline count came with Hemi and 440 engines. The 23 spline is cheaper and will certainly do the trick.
