75 duster wiper arm placement

Where should the wiper blades be in the off position in relationship from the bottom of the windshield up....thanks

In a position so the blades are parallel with the base/bottom trim of the windshield?

When operating, where do they stop in the "Park" position? This is the lowest position. You can now make adjustments.

Just make sure the wiper motor and linkage are in the park position before installing the arms. It can sure F*** up the cowl paint and/or pop the linkage loose if you don't!
