The word "Blem" is stamped on the back of the air horn. I do not remember this carb being a problem.

Will a electric choke off a 1406 work on that carb?

I have seen them new marked Blem because of being discolored. Will function just fine. They usually change color within a yr anyways.

I had a FBBO member freak out over the "blem" word so I offered a return of monies. I do not remember seeing the word. It looked more like a defect mark or maybe it took a hit from something.

When I get my carbs I run them. I do not remember if I ran this one. I know I have not run the 800 AFB for sale and the AVS I intend to run which is not up for sale.

I had an RPM air gap that had BLEM stamped on it just because of a slight discoloration. Ran just as well, not a big deal @ all. LOL!!!
