I still think $650 is a little pricey for a 741 even if it is drum to drum. I would give him $500. Thats fair and there is a guy who has the same set up for sale on MOPARTS for $500. People just continue to want to get rich of of us thanks to Ebay. I have a 741 with a 3:23 already and I found a housing for $50 all i need are the axels and backing plates and drums and I will be good to go for alot less. I will offer him $500 and if he wants to take it great if not another will come along. The 7 1/4 in it will just have to do for now. I will just have to be gentle. The duster already has a 489 with 3:91 set up so If i want to spin the tires and act a fool i will do it in that.
