so i got my hands on a b-body 8 3/4 housing thats an inch wider than an a-body one overall. i have a choice:build a completely new rear with new axles, and brand new everything third memmber. or i can buy used parts and rebuild them. suggestions please....


im looking at 373 gears with posi. the rear end needs to withstand 400-550hp smallblocks. also should i have it shortened to work with the relocated springs and minitubs? how far should i shorten it? where would i get the wheels with the negative offset?
