I asked about a few shock plates at carlisle and everyone said they were for b bodies or e bodies and whenever i asked if they worked on A bodies they said no. before going there i was under the impression they are all the same but i guess not. How do i tell which are A body ones?

I think the difference is in the shock placement and then only slight. I heard a conversation at Carlisle and they said 8 1/4 were the same or at least interchangable.
