8 3/4 swap backing plates ???

I'm removing my 7 1/4 rear on my 68 cuda and swapping in an 8 3/4 rear. I'm staying with the sbp axles and need to know what I can use for backing plates. Can I use any 10" backing plate or does it have to be a 10" for 1 3/4" pads.

you have to use the plates off of an a-body 8&3/4...your 7&1/4 drums will work if it came out of a v-8 car.i have a set of the plates you need,pms me or give me a call.
