8 inch rims for a 7 1/4 rear

Ok, If I put a 8" steel wheels on the rear of my slant six Duster with the 7 1/4 rear will it cause any problems? The wheels will be much heavier. Any issues with pressure on the axels or anything? What do you guys think?

4" bolt pattern correct, watch the offset to the spring. You may want to mount the rim to check the fit

It won't hurt anything just because they are 8".
