You can adjust it at the trans linkage right where the linkage goes on the lever.
I usually put the trans in neutral and adjust the lever to neutral then tighten her up.

What an obsfuse post. What language? It sounds like you have a pre-1966 car with a cable-shift transmission. The factory manual details the adjustment well, and there are several posts on this.
