Driving my 360 powered valiant recently and it locked up in top gear to the point car started skidding wheels,only had drive in 2nd to get home, feels locked up in 1st,3rd and reverse and won't roll back in neutral, anyone know what has happened?

I'll guess the Sprag is history. Take it apart, it's not that complicated of a transmission to rebuild. Might go with the bolt in sprag IF the spag is indeed the culprit.

It would be unusual to just be driving along and this happen but if it only has second gear and all others lock up it sounds like the front band is being applied. Drop the pan and you can easily see the front band apply servo. If it came apart it could have the band jammed.
