Not sure if you read, or remember all the problems I had / have with my cope , CRT street / strip , PTC convertor from awhile back ..
I'll catch you up a bit , it was a total disaster, put it in leaked like a soaker hose, parts , installed wrong , stripped out bolt holes ..
I took the entire car to a local quality transmission shop that does build some HP stuff , and after more money , the car moved , now I still had a bunch of work to do so, no I did not test drive it , well fast forward to now
and here is what it is doing , any idea what it needs now ?
the trans brake when engaged will work in reverse for a moment or two, then car quits backing up , take finger off button, re-engage it , goes again, etc.. to get it to back up 10 feet, might take 5 or so attempts
and ..
the 1st gear seems to work fine, shift 2nd, that seems fine .. 2-3 , its like you put it in 1st again ..
yesterday , under slightly over idle .. maybe 15 mph , when I put it in 3rd , it didn't instantly go in, it took a moment then it went to I assume 1st somewhat slowly ?
any ideas whats wrong, think it all in valve body ?
