So first time doing shift kit. Follow rules to a tee. Now when is install valve body back in with parking rod it clicked and went in. But my tires seem to be able to still rotate? What did I do wrong lol?

I pulled a stupid I got it figured out. Had to take valve body back out but got it fixed

Lol Well the arm tip on the rooster comb that moves the the valve in and out when shifting in to park and in gear. Well that arm tip is suppose to go between the the machined shoulders of that valve not on the very end lol. I don’t know how in the heck I overlooked it before putting back together. Just a dumb mistake in my part.

Ya I was watching my kids at the same as I was doing this. A mistake I won’t make again lol trying to watch kids play outside and put valve body together at same time. Lol
Ur not the first 1 to make that mistake and certainly not the last. Kim
