A-BODY Alternator BRACKET !!!!

Just removed an A/C system from a 76 Duster, and need the correct bracket now for the front of the alternator/Water pump........Dead center in the photo........

HELP!!!!!!!

There are several companies that offer chrome versions of this part pretty cheap, unless you need an original part.

I don't think you can use the factory non-A/C bracket with what you have there. You have to use either all A/C stuff or all non-A/C stuff. You can't mix and match and get things to line up.

Ace hardware has that sleeve.

I might have a complete nonair car bracket set thats been blasted and painted black. Let me know if you're interested.

I removed the A/C from my car and cut down the front ALT bracket (purchased a front bracket from e-bay). Purchased another PS belt and used it for the ALT/CRANK position. Search for my posts here or check out my cardomin link in my signature for some details.
