this tank was on a 69 dart I bought. It is new never as fuel in it. I exchange it with a tank without the vents. The dart had the trunk pan replaced with one from AMD. That is why it worked . Here is the link. You will need to use the newer trunk seal. Trunk Floor | AMD 800-1370
